I used Cybergenics QuickTrim last Spring/Summer. I had fantastic results and lost 20 pounds in two weeks.

I have lost 17 pounds. My weight went from 243 to 226. My percentage of bodyfat went from 25% to 19%. These measurements were taken at the same time of day, etc. I would say that it worked.

I'm using Cybergenics Quicktrim right now. In the past 3.5 weeks, I've lost 25 pounds. Now, I don't expect my weight to continue to drop like that, but it is right now, since I'm well over my normal body weight.
I'm not sure if it's maintainable, but I hope so. I'll finish the plan on July 4th, so hopefully by then, I'll have learned how to eat and exercise. I really feel great and motivated. :)

I used the Cybergenics QuickTrim to lose a lot of weight. It is a good "crutch" to have the pills and such to keep your day more organized. Cybergenics produces results, if you also follow their recommendations as far as calorie consumption/dietary recommendations, and the exercise recommendations.

A friend of mine does the "Cybergenics QuickTrim" diet every now and then, he acknowledges that this diet is designed for quick weight loss for a specific event, ie, you're going to the high school reuninon in a couple of weeks and want to be a bit thinner.

I used the Cybergenics Quicktrim and I tell you it works. You have to follow it and follow it faithfully. But if you do exactly as it says it will work!!!
